BSRT lubricants are all synthetic. Unlike petroleum-based oils which will damage plastic over time, synthetic lubricants are both plastic-safe and offer the latest in lubricant technology.

The pin-point oiler applicators allow you to put a very small drop of lubricate exactly where it's needed without making a mess.

A properly lubricated slot car is essential to performance. Motor bearings and axles need to spin free to get top speed!

Simichrome Polish is used to break-in or lap gears. Put a small dab on the pinion and motor gears and run them in at a low voltage of 2-3 VDC for 15-30 minutes to polish the gear surfaces.

Simichrome Polish is also ideal for lapping gears on older vintage Aurora T-Jets and A/FX chassis. Put a dab on the gear plate between each of the gears and run them for 15-30 minutes at low voltage to polish the gears as well as the nylon gearplate itself. This same technique can also be used on Johnny Lightning/Auto World reproduction chassis.

BSRT wheel pullers and presses are a must if you work with Delrin wheel hubs on a regular basis. While you can press and pull wheels by hand these tools make the job a breeze, and you'll never damage a wheel using them.

A wheel puller and press are available for the large rear axle on any Tomy, BSRT G3 or Tyco slot car. These tools can also be used on vintage Aurora chassis.

A separate front wheel puller is also available. This tool is designed for front axles only! Do not use it on larger rear axles. Use this tool to remove the small Delrin retainers used with BSRT Independent Front End Kits as well.

Having two rear tires that are exactly the same diameter is essential. If the rear tire diameters differ the car will crab on the straights and handle poorly in the turns. Experienced racers measure their rear tires and store them in matched pairs. BSRT offers rear tire storage tubes specifically for this purpose.

Clean pickup shoes are a must, nothing will rob power from a motor like a dirty pair of pickup shoes. BSRT has just the tool to keep your pickup shoes clean, and unlike an ink erasure or emory cloth, their pickup shoe cleaner doesn't leave behind shredded rubber or fine metal particles to foul your motor and chassis.

BSRT's end bell tool is a CNC-machined alternative to Tomy's Armature tool. This tool is a must if you plan on doing motor work. It also can be used to press and pull motor bearings. This tool can be used on any Tomy Super G+Plus or BSRT G2/G3 endbell.

It's important that the motor in a slot car spin freely, but it's also important to assure that it doesn't slide forwards and back between its bearings. An armature spacing tool allows you to adjust for motor backlash by positioning motor spacers fore and aft of the armature itself.

The machined opening represents the distance between the front and rear motor bearings. Place your motor in this fixture and add spacers until you eliminate lateral motor movement but the motor can still spin free.

A chassis tech block will assure that your slot car isn't too wide. Most club rules specify a maximum overall width. This tool guarantees that you have your tires extended as far apart as is legally allowed.

Anyone who has ever hand-mounted a Lexan® body knows just how tedious it can be using fingernail scissors and push pins. Well BSRT comes to the rescue again with their Body Mounting Fixture. This item takes the guesswork out of trimming and fitting Lexan® bodies and gives professional results the first time.

The faster you go, the harder you crash! The first item to come loose in a bad crash is often the rear axle assembly. BSRT makes a drilling fixture that will allow you to drill small holes in the rear of the chassis so that axle retaining pins can be fitted. The fixture includes the proper sized drill bit needed, of course.

Delrin and Polymer gears are tough, and while they're unlikely to strip their teeth they can also be difficult to press on and off. BSRT manufactures precision-machined pullers and presses to eliminate the tedium of gear replacement.
